I just found out that my job is shipping me to denver in late april for a week. its the last week in april into early may.

does anyone have any recommendations of mountains that may still have snow? if not, can anyone recommend some good hiking or mtn biking trails? I've never been to Co. and I'm planning to stay the weekend to explore a bit.

A-Basin may be your only bet. Most everything else will be shutdown by the 23rd.

The 23rd is closing day for Vail and Breck. After that, the only resorts open will be Loveland and A-Basin.

There are lots of great areas down low that will make for biking or hiking options. Around Golden and Morrison is good for biking. Boulder has lots of great hiking from Chautauqua Park or NCAR. Just ask when you get there; anybody should know those spots. If not, PM me! ;)

A-Basin is always open latest. I am on Copper's email and I have received 2 notices this week that they just got about 18" of fresh snow. Personally, Copper is my favorite CO hill.....
