Well, you all know by now it snowed big and it was all good. Everything was
awesome and with the stake over 70" again, we are back into December's
glory. Don't have much time for many details but will leave you with
pictures to ponder...

My car this morning in Burly after 14".

how the hell do you ski everyday? You GOTTA be in college, no?

Thanks everyone...before I could do this ski-every-day thing, I used to love reading online reports (pictures were a major bonus). I'd live vicariously through those who were having their chance at "living the life" skiing 5 days a week. So now, my responsibility level is at an all time low (haha) since I just graduated UVM in December. I've been waiting four years to just work sparingly and ski often. Not that going to UVM was all that bad; I skied three days a week at Stowe which was pretty sweet. Going from living in Albany to skiing 3 days a week at a place like Mount Mansfield was quite a nice change. I'm at day 46 right now on the season and I'm thinking 100 could be in the cards.

I'll try to keep the TRs up, as I'm still sort of new here, but I'm hoping to continue to fuel the passion for the skiers and riders here. :beer:

DavidH...I love that one of Dave throttling over the berm in the woods. I was pretty disappointed it was a little out of focus/blurry. It was moist out there with snow everywhere and the lens was occasionally fogging. Clarity wasn't as crisp.

Stowe = The Best

add my name to my 'Homer' thread for Stowe. There's seriously nothing better in the east. Amazing mountain that unfortunately not enough people get to experience because of how cost prohibitive it is.

I always remind myself to never open TRs filed by powderfreak.... then I open them, I do a :-o, and curse myself for opening the TR.

Great stuff as always!

Thanks, everyone. Will definitely keep 'em coming. If I get time tonight I'll put together a report of the weekend.

I'm living vicariously through you too. Thanks for the TRs. I finally skied Stowe this year and agree that it is a special place. I hope to ski it again before this year is out. If the tickets weren't so expensive, I'd be there all the time.

Very. you can always find someplace nice to slide on the mountain (after you've suffered the lift line), but you'll have a hard time getting lodging, restaurants, seats in the lodge, etc. We go a week later.
