I remember one or two AZ'rs looking for skins on the cheap but couldn't find the thread. I'm not sure if this is a good deal or not, but what the heck? Almost everybody likes looking at gear, even if they don't actually need it. ;-)

Nice, Root. Thanks for posting that. The glue on my current pair was dead so I had been considering another pair. 110mm BD skin and three pairs of SmartWool socks shipped for just a hair under one bill, sweetness!

Good stuff there. I was one of the members looking for a deal on skins.

Trekchik shipped me a pair that arrived at my MILs today. The price? Shipping, plus a donation to the charity of my choice comparable to what I'd pay for the skins through a deal site. She is 100% class....all heart.
