My condolences... I spent Fri & Sat there, and had two of my best days ever at Stratton. As much as I dislike the mountain in-season due to their over zealous grooming, their late season can be fantastic. I like how the upper mountain lifts can keep you off the bottom of the hill, unlike at Snow. They really have some nice runs, if they could only learn to leave 'em be.

I was hoping the rain would be light and spare them, but it looks like it may have been the death rattle.

yeah, we spent most of our short day on the ursa lift. some fun runs there. unfortunately, they weren't running the snow bowl lift, so there was a long runout over there. not a bad mountain, just a little underwhelming. plus we've had horrendous weather luck there. three days in two years: one wind hold, one frozen death cookies, and then rain storm yesterday. we'll see what next year's freebie gets us...
