I'm particularly fond of the fact that the police are going to charge them with something, as soon as they can figure out what. There's gotta be some law somewhere that covers this level of stupidity.

Easy charge. Pull them over for driving recklessly and have an excuse for searching their car for drugs. I'm sure if they are trying to pass a drug test they aren't eating a lot of poppyseed bagels.
