WARREN, Vermont — Something wicked this way comes...to Sugarbush. Every Wednesday from January 12 to February 16, Sugarbush Resort will be offering a "Wicked Wednesday" lift ticket to Mount Ellen. For just $25 skiers and riders will be able to access all of the big mountain's 42 trails, 6 lifts, 4 terrain parks, and 40 acres of new gladed terrain.

This is the first season in recent memory that the Resort has offered Mount Ellen-specific products such as season passes and specially-priced day tickets. In August Sugarbush hired Hardy Merrill as Mount Ellen's general manager and charged the Middlebury graduate with revitalizing the Resort's highest peak.

Sugarbush is also dedicating Wednesdays to women. Women's Wednesdays is a special program designed around women's learning styles and offers participants a unique three-hour clinic from 9:30 to 12:30, 50% off day care and 30% off the Micro and Mini Bear children's programs. The clinic meets at 9:15 at the Lincoln Peak Ski and Ride Schoolhouse and runs every Wednesday from January 12 to March 30 with the exception of February 23.

Call the Ski and Ride Schoolhouse at 802-583-6733 for program rates and to reserve a space. Visit sugarbush.com for information on all of this season's events.
