Overall conditions: good number of groomed slopes are in decent condtions, but it does vary from mini death cookies to finely granular and those are quite edgable. So if carving big arcs in loose granular is your source of joy, then conditions are great.
All natural snow trails closed off. To Sugarloaf's credit, they did blow some fresh man made on Hayburner and King's Landing. Portions of the trails leading to Timberline quad also got some fresh man madeThose trails were silky in comparison to everything else.
The low temps combined with rather stiff winds made it necessary to go in for a warm up every two hours.
Good news: Spillway west chair is back in operation. It went back into service this afternoon.
We'll be altrenating between XC and alpine and hoping for some decent snowfall by the end of the week, which at this point looks hopeful.
