Sugarloaf and Sunday River with The Bank of Maine to offer "Maine Ski Day" on Dec 11
Maine residents will enjoy discounted lift tickets, rentals, and learn to ski/ride packages
CARRABASSETT VALLEY, Maine - November 9, 2011 - The Bank of Maine has teamed with Sugarloaf and Sunday River, Maine's two largest ski resorts, to offer Maine residents discounted lift tickets, rentals, and ski school packages during "Maine Ski Day" on Sunday, December 11, 2011.
All Mainers who show proof of residency will enjoy deep discounts, including $29 lifts tickets, $20 ski or snowboard rentals, and $39 Learn-to-Ski or Snowboard packages from the Perfect Turn Ski and Ride School.

Sugarloaf and Sunday River are Maine's largest ski areas, offering a combined 285 trails, 1,798 skiable acres, 30 lifts, and nine terrain parks, as well as a full calendar of events throughout the winter season.
In addition to the discounted rates, Sugarloaf will also feature its annual Demo Days and Holiday Gift Bazaar on December 11. Guests will be able to try out the latest offerings from the ski industry's top manufacturers for just $5, and shop for unique holiday gifts made by local artists and artisans.
