2 days at the gym if I can, plus I cut down on food consumption quite a bit. Already lost a few inches around the spare. Trying to hit 215.

After five weeks of working through lunch...I'm finally getting back into the program with this PhD Anthropologist @ work.

Between work and a bit of travel...and med appts for me and family (all health maintenance stuff)...I have not been able to keep up with the program.

So finally last Friday I played hoops @ lunch. Played again on Monday with two laps around the ball field (ugly laps *egad*).

So Tuesday it was back in the weight room. Today it was 600M treadmill workouts @ 8 MPH (3 min on...3 min off) for five sets.

Tomorrow is more weights (heacy lift day).

This PhD Anthro guy is a nut...but it works for me.

I finished out my Spring lax league but plan to play every other week in the summer league. I still practicing Yoga 2 or 3 times per week and taking the kayak out 1 or 2 times per week. Now that summer has officially started I plan to start hitting the Skiers Edge hard until the start of the ski season. I'm hoping to get 3 or 4 work outs on it per week. Gosh, it seems like there aren't enough days in the week.
