tailgates and snowmaking base

This weekend, I'm planning to primarily tailgate.

Although it would be fun to do so in a good sized lot and at a mountain with preferably stronger snowmaking and deepest manmade base...

Any suggestions?

I'm basically looking for the A-basin spring party of the east.... I still have some VT vouchers to use as well, so personally VT preferred but open to suggestions anywhere in the east...

Stowe, they had some nice bbq's going in the back of the Mansfield lot last week. Still had a good amount of terrain open but the way the weather is who knows what will be left this weekend. I plan on being there either tomorrow or Fri. for what looks like maybe my last hurrah.

Did I say last hurrah & it's not even April. What a depressing week this has been.

I don't think you'll find an A-Basin type tailgate party anywhere in the east. Heck I don't think you'll find an A-Basin type tailgate anywhere except A- Basin.

Reggae Fest all weekend, Pond Skimming (Saturday), Duct Tape Derby(Sunday) at Mount Snow. They'll be snow in various quantities on atleast some trails and lifts spinning. And a guarenteed BIG party with ample amounts of adult beverages flowing on the deck outside of the base lodge :beer:

Isn't the BMMC this weekend at Killington? I heard that 10 years ago it was the place to be.
