People never cease to amaze me; all it would have taken is another idiot to be hiking the ridge.

That looks pretty good up there, not shocking since they supposedly got 9" at that elevation.

I was skiing with my little one on groomers, and it was okay, but I have to say I expected better. I feel like they groomed flipping everything that could possibly be groomed, which, I guess is a self-preservation move given how little snow we had.

They definitely got more than 9” at the top 1000’ or so but once you got below that there was a huge drop off. Going from 9990 to Red Pine Road was like two different worlds

Yeah, I went into Pinball Alley, and I'm thinking maybe 6"? That was the best spot I was today.

Where are those aspens?

Hard to describe but its OOB and easy to miss cause of how the terrain funnels you. If you ever run into me on the mountain I can show you. But its off 9990.
And yeah Pinball alley was like the bottom of where a decent amount of snow fell any lower and it was a few inches at most groomed into oblivion.
