Take a nice long lunch break today and a 24 mile road ride.
Grill dinner tonight on the deck have a few beers with my wife .
Ride 80-100 mile with my wife tomorrow, relax on the deck afterwards. A few friends may come over for a barbeque/dinner, try to keep the drinking down so we can ride on Sunday too.
Sunday morning- sleep late then cook a big breakfast and go for an afternoon ride probably 50-70 miles.
try to wash and wax my wife's WRX sometime over the weekend too.

Sounds like a good weekend to me, basically EAT-BIKE-SLEEP.

OH and mow the f**ing lawn again too, I'm getting sick of that . I hope we get a drought soon

Birthday Party Weekend

Fri-
Work until 5:00. Pick up kids at my parents. Hopefully they feed me.
Sat-
Gather provisions for the twins b-day party - 70 people mix of adults and kids at our house. Hopefully have some down time to jump in the pool with the girls. Out to dinner as a family then a quite evening with the wife once the girls go to bed.
Sun (D-Day) -
Up EARLY. Clean Pool, hang decorations, set up tables an tent if needed, pick up cakes, baloons, and stuff we forgot on Sat. Fill cooler with adult beverages, fill cooler with kids beverages, label said coolers. Facilitate big jump house delivery and set up make sure they don't puncture the spinkler system like last year:evil:. Basically run around like a mad man until 11:30 when I will jump in the pool to lower my body temp. Gueast arrive at noon. Grill starts up around 1:00, from that point on I should always have a beer in hand:beer:.

By 4 or 5 hopefully guests will have left. Quick clean up. Watch the girls open presents. Then get them in bed.

Sit on couch, turn around look in kitchen and say "what a F'ing mess" then leave it until Monday. Late night Bouncy excursion?

Have a fun safe weekend everyone.

Dang, good luck with that. I haven't moved in years, can't even think of it.

Friday - try to keep my sanity until reinforcements arrive. Then off to the gym to work off the frustration.
Saturday - kids go to grandma's house, to the gym, and then the rest of the day is a surprise
Sunday - enjoy kid-free time, go to mother-in-law's house for dinner & to pick up kids

Today, get home, 15 mile tempo ride. Then continue rolling up old and flattened insulation in the dirty and hot attic, work on laying down the groove boards for the in floor heat in the bathroom, fold laundry, eat at some point, and do some grass trimming if it doesn't get too dark.

Saturday, possibly start working on the rough plumbing under the house, start excavating a little under the house, weed the vegetable garden if there's time, it really needs it. Get out on the bike by 1 pm for 90 miles.

Sunday, get up early, start framing in the window opening for where the electrical service is going to be moved to, start taking up the floor boards in the shed so the sagging post and beam can be straightened and resupported. Start wiring the new bathroom. Out on the bike by 1 pm for 60 miles. Come home, probably do another load of laundry, eat, work on finishing the PMC fund raising letters and go to bed.
