A bit less than a year ago, we picked up a pair of Salomon Devine 10 boots for my wife. They came with the Therm-ic foot beds and wiring...we just needed to buy the batteries; Max +.
Lately, one of the batteries hasn't been lasting the entire day on setting 2 (out of three). The other battery will barely make it through the day.
I called Therm-ic (actually I called their old distributor who kindly gave me the number to the new distributor) and spoke to the rep about what was happening. She took down my e-mail, created a "paper trail" and told me new batteries would be sent out yesterday (Tuesday), I had called on Monday. They just asked that I sent the old batteries back once the new ones arrived and were working. No questions asked, no receipt for verification, it was a really easy process. :beer:
