Hi everyone,

We've been working hard at Snowforecast.com to do more giveaways this season. Most of them have been for western (CO/CA) resorts but we did give away Jay Peak lodging recently. We're about to give away some Waterville Valley tickets soon, so if you're interested, log onto our Facebook Fanpage for giveaway details.

Cheers,

WC

Aargh! Sorry Bill! Keep trying! I'll post here when the giveaway is imminent.

Also, if more people here could ask their favorite resort to pitch in, we could have many more giveaways through our website!

Not looking for any preference - I realize a contest is just that.
I also notice that your forecasts are becoming much more useful and reliable - congratulations. Your site is now on my short list when planning my last-minute trips. If you really want to improve things(for me), add a 2-week historical snowfall trend, like RSN does. It's just a feed, but it's nice to see.

That's a good idea asking other areas. I'll see what I can do.

Thanks for the kind words Bill! We're trying! It's a lot of work for very little gain...but hearing things like that make it all worthwhile!

That's a great idea about the historical snowfall. We have a new developer so I'll see if we can work something up. I usually tally up snowfall reports--perhaps we can put all that into a graph of sorts. Thanks for the tip!

I look at your site all the time and ahve found it to be pretty good. So any chance that this current storm will move a bit further north? A guy I know who is an amateur is saying that a couple of mocdels are moving it further north bringing mixing into the NYC precip equation. Does that mena Southern VT might get its totals uped even a little??
