I have a battery operated blender that we use to mix on the beach. Do you have a "big wagon" for the trip down to the beach? It certainly helps. We do it right here in the Rockaways. ;)

Where on the bay will you be?

Edit:

Check these wheels out. I'm thinking about using them for a Kayak cart I'm planning on building. I'm trying to figure out how to make one using poles that will fit right in the scupper holes so I don't have to strap it down.

we have a nice Radio Flyer with the big off road wheels that we take down to the beach with towels/pull the kids etc, it also doubles as sleeping quarters for the little ones under the umbrella!!!! We got those huge rubbermaid storage sheds and burried them so only the top hatch is exposed, so we can keep all our chairs/toys/umbrellas/tables right there, dont have to cart them back and fourth...i am outfitting the cooler so at 3PM i can walk back to the house, load it up with ice/beverages/cheeze,crackers etc, walk back down with the Tail Gator on my back and start happy hour....

I bought just the wheels from that site...i am just replacing the axle that was on the cooler with those crappy plastic wheels with a 1/2" axle to fit the wheels and reattach to the cooler..will post pics....
