So the vacation week is over. How was the crowd? No need to report on Monday since I assume it was empty everywhere due to rain.

Pat's Peek Sunday was modestly busy and summit double went up to 10 minutes wait at the peek but mostly 5 minutes or so for peak hours.

I spent most of Tuesday at Sunapee at the lower mountain with my daughter. The line there was less than 10 minutes and most of the time much less in doubles line.

Line was almost non existent at Pat's Peak on Wednesday.

I skied Black on Saturday and Shawnee Peak today. No liftlines at all at Black. Longest I waited at Shawnee today was maybe five minutes.

I was at Pats Peak both last Sunday and today.

Lines were not bad last Sunday until about 1:30 or so then it was 5 - 10 minutes, shorter if you went in the singles line. Lines at the Peak Double were small to non-existent today.

The snow on Friday in NY City seems to make everyone in the city want to go skiing. Saturday and Sunday here in the Catskills the crowds were on the more than above average size even for a holiday week.

This week is school vacation week in NH ... last week was Mass and Maine.

Yes, I know but somehow it is customary around here that last weeks is THE vacation week, when NH mountains all charge Holiday rate but not this week.

When did they start doing this?
