Resort or Ski Area: Wachusett
Conditions: POWDAH and then heavy wet snow, with snow changing to ice and sleet
Trip Report: Because I had a late start this morning, and my friend Beth was doing her first outing for the year, Wa it was. Today started out really really good. Light crowds, tons of powder and ungroomed goodness. Skied Conifer, 10th Mountain, Smith Walton and Roper's. The skiing was great, until the change over around noon time. We stayed until about 2pm when it was just freezing rain. I was able to snap a few pictures from today, all in all not a bad way to spend a sick (cough cough) day...
