It wasn't too much beyond that. Management always seems to value a new revenue stream over an equal increase in an existing stream. The thing is that when you look people in the eye and talk to them you realize they have a job, just like you and they are doing what they need to do to satisfy various constituents. The difference for me at my job is that I don't have thousands of people watching every move I make a dissecting it on the internet.
