Anyone have any experience with waterproof MP3 players? I thought it might be a neat idea for swimming laps in the pool, especially since people never know what to get me for xmas.
I found a few options out there:
1. FINIS SwiMP3.1G Waterproof MP3 Player
Pros: Good reviews. Easy to transfer files & charge, lithium ion battery
Cons: Seems bulky, limited application, not expandable, pricey
2. Intova H2O Man Waterproof MP3 Player
Pros: Uses micro sd memory (can use the same one that's in my Blackberry). More features (shuffle mode), Seems less bulky. Lithium polymer battery
Cons: some crappy reviews, can't transfer files via usb
3. Speedo AquaBeat 2GB
Pros: Good reviews and it's a Speedo. Floats
Cons: Only 2GB & not expandable, unknown battery type
4. AquaCube Waterproof 4GB
Pros: size
Cons: battery life ~3 hours
5. Nu Technology Dolphin Touch 4GB
Pros: size, great reviews, has FM receiver
Cons: unknown battery, pricy, not expandable
I'm kinda leaning towards #2, #3 or #5.
