So if the temperature is 32 degrees the the relative humidity has to be at least 61 percent to be able to blow snow.

Now what we need is a weather site that lists what the temperature and RH WAS the PRIOR EVENING to be able to determine if they were able to blow snow.

I know NOAA has historical data, and I think you can look at yesterday's data on it. Not sure how to navigate to it (almost always been accidental when I got to it).
