What An Opening Day!

Yes, some places in New England/New York are open already but, for a lot of places opening today you could hardly ask for more! Six to ten inches in Vermont, January type temperatures in Massachusetts cold and snowy in Maine and New Hampshire, the past week has been prime to make a lot of snow in the region, great way to start!!

Thinking positive as I am working right now.....

And no one else should be reading this as you are out skiing or riding :smile:

I've been watchinhg the snow accumulate on the new trail Ripsaw on South Peak. Hence why I said hell with the ski show, I want to do what we should be doing!

Glad to see I am not alone...

I'm at work also so that makes 3 of us!!!! Gettin snow here for sure---got 5" overnite with another 4-8" ny tomorrow A.M. for me to ski on!!!!!!

I have been sitting in the shop at jimney all day. Too busy to ski, but it has been snowing like crazy all day. The people coming off the hill say it is awesome?

Forgive me fellow Saturday workers for I have sinned...... well, not really, at about 1PM I said F this we're closed, left a contact number on the door and went skiing! Right choice as many people were leaving Loon, and the trails were in good shape!

Chalk up another one to the insiders total today...but sure nice to get out for at least a while...for a little walk, if not on the mountain on skis.
*EDIT:Looks like Friday will be day #2 for me...
