Good news: I have great seats for tonight.
Bad news: No one from the firm I got the tickets from will be there, so we have to buy our own beers.

We've considered scalping the tickets (since no one will know if we did), and watching the game from a bar. Free beers, that way. And maybe some profit.

Gentlemen, there's no need to even pay attention until Sunday...we all know they'll be tied with one game to go, winner take all.

I actually think it will come down to Tuesday to decide it all. Thursday's game will probably be rained out.

I do hope the last Yankee/Red Sox means something. If Cleveland goes in the tank, the Yankees/Red Sox series might be a little anticlimatic. Not to say it is a bad thing (Red Sox make play-offs), but it could be a GREAT sports week-end as opposed to, "My teams in regardless."

Peace.

I can't take another October like the last 2. I almost hope the Sox blow it so I don't have to go through 3 weeks of no sleep and pounding headaches. Well, OK - when I think about it, I care waaaaaay too much about the Boston Red Sox, and that's the problem.

If the Sox and Yanks are tied going into Friday night's game, you know it will come down to Sunday for all the marbles. If it's Big Unit vs Wakefield on the final day, I have no idea who will win.

Jeeeeeeez! I can't take this.....

Yeah, I can't take it anymore either... This must be a scheme to draw more interest into the sport and to follow it...

Well, it's working.
