Is he the new mangar that was hired last year? I met him once last year when I had to purchase 2 tickets on a 2 fer day. I went claimed that I could buy single tickets at Sunapee and Waterville on their 2 fer days. I have even purchased a single ticket at Cannon in past years. No problem. Last year no deal and he was not very pleasant. I did get voucher though but he was not very pleasant about it.

You sure that was actually the GM? There are other managers there. No excuse for bad service regardless who it came from, but the customer is most certainly not always right in any industry. There needs to be a conversation if there is a dispute though.

I always just buy the 2 and sell the un-needed one in the lot, really not a big deal and I've found it typically never gets you anywhere to bring up the services available at other areas.

The issue that I had was. In previous years, I had bought a single ticket on 2 fer days at the half price with out a problem. I was at the Tram and all booted up. It was a pain to go over to the other lodge. The customer should at leat be listened to.
