I've been messing around with aerial photography a bit, and last year I made a 30 second aerial video for an internal competition while I was working at Heavenly in S. Lake Tahoe as an epic mix photog. The theme was "why your workplace is awesome" or something like that...

The Epic Pass actually covers three tahoe resorts, northstar, heavenly, and Kirkwood. I've heard rumors (unsubstantiated) that there have been talks with Mammoth and Vail too....

It was a great experience, which is prolly why I decided to stay for 8 years and two bachelors and a masters. But snow gets into your veins while you're there, which is why I gave up a great desk job to make minimum wage at Heavenly in Tahoe. :-)

Full acl tear and lateral meniscus tear with a bone bruise. Happened in mid feb landing a small jump onto a hard icy landing at gunstock. I'm 9 weeks post op at this point, moving around decently but still some pain. Not allowed to do any physical activity besides PT for another 3 weeks....

Also, coming back from gunstock on sun, I saw a car w racks attached to factory rails on an suv, but such that the skis were 90 degrees from what they are normal (front to back). Cost cutting measure I suppose, since he was missing cross rails.
