Tussey Mountain chair lift accident

Liftblog confirms that this is a Borvig Center Pole Quad, similar to the one that used to be at Temple. And this is the sixth serious incident involving a Borvig since December 2010. Apparently there was a similar incident to this one at Granite Gorge in 2016.

I know one of those incidents with a Borvig was caused by bolts failing that were recalled decades before they failed. Sugarloaf sounds like its maintenance was not confident. I guess Borvigs are just bad luck.
