As many have reported, Saturday was blower and deep. Today was not as blower but still great snow. It is DEEP in the trees.

Dude, I'm hijacking your thread.

Unfortunately I couldn't make it up there Saturday or Sunday, but managed to get out today. Had a few fun runs on Wildfire then I traversed over to DF and took a few runs with some rippers who let me tag along.

HOLY SH*T! Un-freakin real snow. So light and dry. Legitimate face shots with moments of total blindness. Just riding in the back seat, hoping I wasn't about to nail some boulders . Scraped some rocks, but no real damage. No camera so no pictures.

Get out there and get some!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wildfire was the run of the day for me. Nice soft bumps for a good stretch, and some fun snowmaking ice cliffs dropping onto soft powdery landings.

Was windy, though. Had a double ejection on Panic Button when I carried some speed from the windblown hardpack into thigh high wind packed powder.

I saw a kid double eject and do a full-on scorpion off the bigger drop. Needs to learn to tuck and roll :-D. Good thing he was young. If I did that, I'd be laid up for days.

(Sorry I missed you Mondeo. Needed to head out early.)
