 Neither of these runs face south at Sunapee...they face west mainly. I will give you some southern exposure on Upper Ridge, but not much.

Bear Mountain also faces east and north.

My nomination: Bromley. All of it. Next: Cranmore

You may be right but it is the warmest area at Killington and in the spring seems to be the one that melts down faster. Maybe the South Ridge area is more appropriate for this honor and in that case I would say that Pipedream, Breakaway and the Jug would be candidates. Those trails go fast in the spring time though when the sun is beating down on them.

Agreed TS. Maybe we should amend the thread to say, "sunniest runs" or areas.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't both these runs face north?

Or did I mis-undertand the topic... :dunce:

I'm not sure of Morningstar's exposure at the Bush, but it fits in the category of sunny runs at the very least. One of the best bumps runs out there in the spring.

Black Mountain in NH is a Souther Exposure resort and there are many great runs. Awesome when the snow is soft in the spring! Yeah Black Mountain!

South Facers

I like South Facers especially upper chase and Ridge Glades Perhaps their not true South facers but if you notice one run that hooked a Right turn on the top of NPeak that would be upper Hanson Chase

neat!

Ahh yes, Jug. The Jug is great because everyone forgets about it.
