Got started in this area right off Exit 5 off the Mid-Cape highway on Sunday morning around 7:15 and rode for about 90 minutes. I started from a small lot off route 149 and logged 5.7 miles. The area is mostly smooth singletrack with some rolling hills here and there. There were a few more technical areas to keep things interesting. A great place to ride when out on the Cape.
Decently sized trail network and I only scratched the surface. There are a few maps throughout the area which is made up of three main routes (red and green and a shorter blue route) with many other trails scattered through the area. Definitely worth a visit if you have your MTB out on the Cape with you. Here's the Crankfire track:
