Are you f'ing kidding me. I'm Seattle right now for work. Had I known better, I would've packed gear, and pushed out my return home trip to Sunday.
You actually aren't missing a thing. I was looking at this last night. The big snow is for 10k. The ski area nearby (Mt. Baker) is in the 5k range, and will be getting mostly rain, and maybe some wet snow at the top - which didn't look as though it was going to add up to much.

Yea looks like the Mt. Baker ski area didn't even get a foot. Sometimes I forget exactly how much topographic prominence the Mtn's in the PNW have.
Just by looking at a satellite image of Mt. baker, I don't think I'd want to ski it without an experienced guide. Crevasses galore.
