I don't think he did it, everything is to convenient. How much do you think he is getting paid to spend a few years in jail on the light sentence he will get.
I stand firm. THe parents did it, and now this guy is getting paid to take the blame. Watch, this guy is going to get a house in beverly hills as soon as he gets out. I doubt he is even a pediphile.

1) The guy is working with an author already
2) He said it was "an accident", except her head was bashed it
3) He said he drugged her, but the autopsy showed no drugs
4) His ex-wife says he was in Alabama at the time
5) He said he picked her up from school, on the day after Christmas when school was closed.
The only thing ths guy's guilty of is hogging the spotlight. Hope he enjoys his 15 minutes.

This doesn't necessarily prove that he is a pedophile, but he was dismissed from several substitute teaching positions in the south after complaints from parents. Either he is a crappy sub or he is acting in an inappropriate way around the students. But I agree, the whole things smells fishy.

Im thinking he got caught doing something in Thailand that he wasnt supposed to be doing. Thai officials were going to thrown the book at him (and we all know we wouldnt want to be in a Thai prison), so he conjured up this story to avoid prosecution by Thai laws.
This was his easy ticket out, we're obviously not going to send him back if he's not involved in Jon Bennet.

What he claims to be is acceptable in thailand. They don't extradite pedophiles, the built and entire tourist industry around it.

I just heard that California is passing on extraditing him for those old child pornography charges. Karr walked today. What the hell is going on? Does Thailand have something on him? Will they give him what he deserves there?

he was deemed as "not welcome" in Thailand. My assumption right off the bat is that Thailand had some BAD BAD stuff on him (and you know it had to be bad if Thai officials wanted to jail him), so he made up a story about Jon Bennett and IMMEDIATELY the US began extradition. He knew that he didnt want to spend any time in a Thai jail (midnight express) so he figured this would be the easy way out, once in the US he knew he was "scott free".
there is no way the US will send him back to Thailand.
Totally stinks.....poor Jon Bennetts dad...now he has to relive all this all over again...all the accusations...etc...SICKENS me...KARR just wanted to spotlight for a minute and it will cause a lot of greif...

Its the media that I fault a lot in this too..they'll continue to talk about this for weeks to come...if we just dont talk about it..he loses...he WANTS to be in the public eye..

I think this shows beyond a shadow of doubt that the mainstream media is nothing but a bunch of ambulance chasers. People that pay attention to this crap are the foundational problem here.

Meanwhile, there are real problems that need to be paid attention to, and we're all too busy...OOH, look- the new season of American Idol!

Closer to topic, since all serial killers and deranged psychos are always known by all three names (Lee Harvey Oswald, John WIlkes Booth, etc), was John Mark Karr known as John Mark, or did the media go with all three becasuse it's spookier?
