Yes, it is chocolate covered bacon  - saw a version of this pic over at kzone and figured that this would be a perfect addition to misc discussions!

Me, hey, you only live once, I'd try it ;)

That reminds me of this episode of a local cable show I caught one time. They were deep frying everything. Guess if chocolate doesn't work, frying will make it better. (I think they went as far as putting in a burger from one of the fast food places, IIRC )

Sounds pretty good like steeze said salty and sweet are good together. I put sea salt on homemade chocolates, caramels, and on top of chocolate chip cookies. I'm not sure where the smoky fits in but I've seen stranger things that work well.

Maybe not the most wholesome snack......

Probably good. PEanut butter and bacon sandwiches are great, peanut butter and chocolate are great, why not bacon and chocolate?

Dr Jeff is pushing this stuff, obviously, for future job security.

Actually for my job security, its' much better if folks just keep on sipping their extra extra extra extra super jumbo grande dunkin donuts/starbucks coffee's all day long and then rinse them down with multiple bottles of coke/pepsi/mountain dew/gatorade, etc all day long.

For me, it's not about the 1 hit sugar binges that gives me business, its' that slow and study mini sugar hits all day long
