Friday: Long day at work. I have to be in at 4AM tomorrow morning and my day is going to last until around midnight. After work, I'm going to enjoy the last of my blueberries and drink a bunch of beer.

Saturday: Yardwork, more drinking and then off to the pool for some sun and water

Sunday: MTB ride, then relax the rest of the day.

Friday after work - 40 mile ride, then eat and sleep
Saturday morning - weed the garden, do some trimming, weed the flower beds, if they needed it (of course they will!)
Saturday afternoon - pull the trim off a few more windows, leave around 3 pm for a 50 miler
Sunday morning - put new handle on the mattock, and continue to attack an evergreen shrub stump near the foundation... also try and dig some away from the house and see where the sill is, and its condition on the outside, possibly pull off some more wood shingles from the siding
Sunday afternoon - leave earlier (hopefully by 1) for a 40 mile ride, get back eat, and do some laundry, vacuum, change the bed sheets, tidy up, and then sleeep

Friday - AM drop the dogs at the Kennel @ 7 - then quickly back home and load the kids/wife/suitcases in the car - Daughter's pre-school graduation @ 9 - then give the kids to my parents and my wife and I drive upto the Albany area - snazzy kidless slightly late anniversary dinner with my wife - drinks with high school friends afterwards

Saturday - AM run through Saratoga State Park with my wife. Likely spend the day walking around Saratoga or maybe go upto Six Flags Great Escape for a while. Night - my 20th high school reunion

Sunday - make our way back to CT. Get the dogs. Get the kids. Hopefully still have enough daylight to cut the lawn

Friday after work - watch the golden girls, then eat and sleep
Saturday morning - weed the garden, do some trimming, weed the flower beds, if they needed it (of course they will!)
Saturday afternoon - pull the trim off a few more windows, leave around 3 pm for TJ Maxx
Sunday morning - put new wig on, and continue to manicure evergreen shrub stump near the foundation... also try and dig some away from the house and see where the sill is, and its condition on the outside, possibly pull off some more wood shingles from the siding
Sunday afternoon - leave earlier (hopefully by 1) to pick up a few things at Jo-Annes, get back eat, and do some laundry, vacuum, change the bed sheets, tidy up, and then sleeep

So I replaced the bike rides with some more house keeping items to demonstrate how close you are to being a boring old woman.

Have a good weekend.

tonight: dinner with the inlaws. duck, potatoes and spinach. AGAIN.

saturday morning: make a big pot of coffee. get through the day.

saturday night: go to a local chinese restaurant with the family as a "reward" for my oldest son's somewhat good behavior during the week (hey, i'll take a 5% increase in good behaviour, even if it means throwing off the routine to go to a restaurant with a three year-old and an eight-month old). the choice of restaurant was his choice. he likes using chopsticks, even if it's just one chopstick at a time to stab his food (which scares me a little, considering his wish to have mommy all to himself).

sunday: chillin'. beer. chillin'. repeat.

Alright, for those criticizing my super awesome weekend- let's not forget I'm living in a 3500 sq ft, 250 year old farmhouse in need of lots of updates and restoration, on 145 acres of farmland. Alone.

Considering that, I'd say I'm lucky to even get in the bike rides... or the Golden Girls.

PS kore sucks
