>> it will be no secret when the bumps are seeded
>> So far the spacing is perfect

I'm confused, are they ready now? Any pic's?

I'm fresh from the Jane and ready to rip.

They're working on it. They build bump fieldss horizonatally, not vertically, so the field progresses down the hill. Once it's all seeded and skied in would be the time to head down. As of yesterday, we had about 9 lines, 10 turns. It might be a bit longer, but probably not even down to the steeper pitch yet. We should have a good field by the weekend. We need some colder nights to make it easier to push snow around.

With all due respect, doesn't this get very repetitive?

What gets repetitive is the people who can't stop clicking on Sundown links and then complain about it. Its like a dog that keeps shocking itself on an electric fence. Sooner or later ya'll will stop clicking Sundown threads.

As a passholder I find this stuff helpful. It helps me plan what days I can get away from the family and enjoy what Sundown does best... seed kick ass bumps!

Not harshing on you Phantom, just saying there is a demo that appreciates these threads.

Ok. Then why not a separate forum?

Do you really need this information to go out and have fun and ski? Wouldn't you go anyway? :flag:

I too am interested in this info. If they get them seeded further down I will make an attempt to get there again after work, if not I will wait until the weekend to go.

Believe me, the Sundown only forum has been thrown around ad nauseum. I think one of the threads even had a poll asking if Sundown threads should be split out. Overall, it seems like a small minority likes to complain while the masses just skip over the threads.

And to answer your question, yes I do need this info to have fun. I bought a pass at Sundown because they almost always have bumps. If there are no bumps or the bumps are bad/icy/whatever I stay home and play with my 2.5 yr old son.

As I was leaving tonight Kurt was already up there attempting to extend the mogul field, I don't know how successful he'll be, it's pretty damn soft out there. Hopefully he makes some good progress though.

Supposed to get pretty cold tomorrow and Friday night. Hopefully Kurt can make some good progress by the weekend and we can get them skied in. Supposed to be warm during the days this weekend. :spread:
