If the conditions on the hill suck then I'm sure the conditions in the bar will be fine.
BTW, the "mogul comp" will be held on a section of Winter's Way. It will be simply a timed event (no airs, no turn judging) so it will be very casual - Fastest one down it wins. I'd imagine you can just swing by and make your run during a predetermined window of time. More info soon.

Directions/shortcut from Sunday River to Sugarloaf:
Exit resort access rd, take a LEFT, heading EAST on US2.
25+- miles to Rumford
When you see a sign in town to turn left on US2, keep going STRAIGHT, over river bridge,
about ½ mile to left turn at paper mill>bridge over river
Then re-hooks up with US 2 (you’ll miss going through more town this way)
RIGHT on US2, heading EAST.
US 2 to Dixfield.
Junction 142, turn left, heading NORTH on 142.
Continue on 142 (watch signs) into KINGFIELD to state highway 27
Turn LEFT, heading NORTH on 27, to Sugarloaf access road, on left (12 mi)
(This takes about 10 mi/15-20 min off the main road route)
