Who's up for showing me some of the new stuff at Nass after work on Thursday? Might even want to hit the ledges and down to the waterfall trail.

You still down Jon? Please let's find another slow as a dead snail in glue rider to join us so you don't send me into cardiac arrest. Thanks.

Sorry, I already have riding plans.

Ha. yeah. I've been out probably 7 or 8 times this season. I think my 7 year old could smoke me on the trail this season...

I have been on the bike 2 times in the past 3 1/2 weeks due to a badly sprained ankle suffered during a gnarly pick up game of volley ball at a BBQ. Went out for 2 short-ish rehab rides this past weekend and almost had a heart attack. To make it worse I'm heading to Highland with Randi tomorrow, after highland I'm not going to want to pedal up anything ever again.

I'm still game as long as the weather cooperates...... Rolled the outer Sessions stuff tonight......love that loop....anyway it's fun enough that I wouldn't mind going back and riding it again tomorrow if your heart so desires and can withstand the "stairs" and "heart thumper" climbs on the way out..... The waterfall DH makes that climb out so worth it.

Where would you like to park.... Scoville, Sessions, E. Chippens?

Wherever, but I forgot I have to take my daughter to the dentist in Southbury at 4:15. Best case is to get out of there by 5 pm, so 6 pm is maybe the earliest I could get to Scoville (closest spot). Maybe more like 6:15 so do a warm-up loop, or totally blow me off entirely. I'll fumble around the forest myself if need be. No worries. I'll call you tomorrow afternoon to give you an ETA.

Wish I could make it, but besides that I have family obligations I've been on the bike the last 6 consecutive days, my legs need a rest! I don't know how woodcore does it!
