Thanks for the TR. Been looking at doing a bc tour in the Bolton Valley area for a while. It's a shame that it is in danger. It adds to the sense of urgency I should have to get there before the snow goes this year. I guess this has to be moved to ner the top of my list.

Note that the tour mentioned in Goodman's book is purportedly not in danger as it does not go through the land that is up for sale, however there is a lot of interesting terrain around the x-country trails that may be in danger of going off limits. It's hard to say without knowing who the new owners will be...

Anyhow, I'm glad you enjoyed the TR. Now somebody go out and find an entrance to the glades below Stowe View !

^ Thanks for the heads-up. I'm on a mission to ski as many of the tours in the Goodman book as possible. I've never been to Bolton Valley. Oddly enough, although I've read so much about it in ski books (Goodman and the Deslauriers brothers), your TR may be the one that finally nudges me forward.

It's great to see everyone here making trips and planning visits to Bolton. There have been some recent updates with regard to the sale of the Nordic/BC land:
