Plattekill, 3/23/19 Finally, Skiing In Snow Again

As opposed to on top of it, as I have most of my 2018-2019. Great fun, at least a foot. Skied the cobwebs off my powder skis.

On the road at 4 am 3rd chair only made it to 1:30 .Damn sucks getting old . Non ski question I had an American Amber ale on tap ,who makes it ?

Day 2, mid Winter conditions in the AM, corn harvest in the PM. A little crowded today. The elusive Mr Scott made the pilgrimage to Binghamton via Shortline bus from Liberty. He put half a pair of rollerblades to good use, patent pending.

Great weekend of hanging with friends Bob phil and dan
Sniw was great to fun hanging out
Sleeping at hotel cornhead super Binghamton university's high grade hotel with amazing delicious food.
Saturday powder day
Sunday spring conditions
Season pass holders day on Sunday so it was ridiculous long line of 5 minutes lol
Bus is great so i can go loko while my friends drive us
Great times with my dear friend Bob and
Skiing about 12 times this winter

Staying in hotel Cornhead a lot thanks bob

It was a great weekend skiing at Platty. On Sat. we had 2 for 1 coupons... $35 each lift tics. Then Sunday was a free lift ticket,,, if you had a seasons pass to another ski area... which I did to Greek Peak.

There was soft snow and little or no ice, both days. Windy and cold Sat... Sunny and warm on Sunday.

It was nice skiing with Professor Cornhead, Phil the legend and of course our good buddy - the one and only Mr. Scotty.

Platty is about a 2 hour ride for us from Binghamton, NY.
