They’ve just had an 11 day run, and a private rental Wednesday. It would be a tough one, but ya never know. Let’s get the snow first - we are very much on the edge and this could be 2 and easily as 10.Any chance of a Tuesday powder day opening?
Website says no. I don't think they had a busier extended week in memory. They’ve just had an 11 day run, and a private rental Wednesday. It would be a tough one, but ya never know. Let’s get the snow first - we are very much on the edge and this could be 2 and easily as 10.
they dont do those anymoreAny chance of a Tuesday powder day opening?
Think I met you a few years back and we took a couple runs together. You showed me some "secret" runs and took me (ducking the rope) down Magician in questionable shape. Actually skiers left was fine which we skied.I will look for you Smelly. I'm picturing Pigpen from the Peanuts on tele skis.
If you see bright yellow Scott poles & ridiculous baby blue bootcaps, that's me. (see above)
I see a max of 36F on Sat at Magic (which is less than was showing earlier this week) and below freezing with wind chill. And about 1 inch snow on Sat night/Sun morn. Based on this, I wouldn't think the thaw-freeze should be that bad? Any other views from anyone?Planning on Magic Sunday... hope I'm not about to get screwed by a thaw-freeze. Sunday was looking warmer a few days ago but now it looks like the plunge comes earlier.
