Surprise snow! We left our place and it was sunny and in mid 20s; at the mountain it was in the upper teens and snowing. Our first run was down Hop; it was scratchy and a little rough under the fresh snow. From there, we did some groomers which skied well. A little scratch here and there from the warm temps Sunday and hard freeze overnight. The snow really picked up at one point...I'd say visibility dropped to about 75'. The new snow really helped things after they setup overnight. Overall, a pretty good day. My only gripe was the number of times the bluebird stopped. It stopped every ride we took which seemed like a lot for a no lift line Monday.
