The lines will be there. The shortest one will be your initial accent from the base past mid station (tips and safety bar up) to the summit. Choose either T2 or Upper Sunday Punch, take your time and savor it as the line at mid station to go back up will grow though out the AM eventually...

Just took my Christmas lights down on Friday afternoon.

Snoseek was up there that day too and showed me some pictures. To hit SB on a midweek day like that is EPIC.

Those were the pics I was looking for. Good thing they limited it to passholders, etc. Otherwise it would have been a disaster.

I tend to get the whole quiver done towards the end of the season. Use the "rock skis" for the remainder of the season leaving them with just enough tune to wrangle the WROD in late Oct early Nov (tear the crap out of them), then move up in the quiver as base and trail count expand and tune...

I hear ya deadhead skier. Eureka is the worst culprit as the wind just blows the snow right down to the base making it a skating rink. The exception was this past season where they didn't make snow on it. So the 7 days it was open because of a late season storm, it skied like a whole...

I started my season in October with a powder day (if you squinted) on 2 open trails at Sunday River. This is the first year I did not ski outside of "The Great State of Maine", but thats just how it worked out. I didn't keep an official tally, but I ended up in the low 40's for # of days...

Loaf may shoot for re-opening next weekend it they can pull it off...

That was pretty funny how we ended up on the same chair. Start talking Utah then Powder Mountain and that your friend had moved to Lake Tahoe for the winter but had made 3 trips to UT because of the lack of snow in Tahoe. Then it clicked. Snoseek!! It is a small world after all.

Envious! We skied Saddleback last weekend and thought it was skiing great then. Add a fresh foot and WOW. We are heading that way for the day a week from this Friday. Heres hoping it continues to pile up. LOVE Saddleback!

The forcasts are calling for it to blow like stink. Gusts up to 45mph, I sure hope they are as wrong about that as they were about the forcast for the steady snow starting at 10AM this AM. Took the day off in hope to ski some storm freshies, but all we got were a few flurries. Still better...
