Hey All,
I'm back from a fun afternoon session at Blue. I arrived at 12:31PM and Zaldon and Atomic Jeff were already there. It was 53 degrees and it was just starting to rain. We first skied Razors edge which was pretty smooth with a little applesauce on hardpack. Then Dreamweaver which was nice as well..everything had about the same condition and the snow was pretty fast considering how warm it was. There were hardly any people and the people there were mainly goobers. In total we skied 15 runs in a little more than 2 hours..one run down Dreamweaver, I tried to get low in a carve on the sharp corner and my left ski got grabbed by the snow and luckily I recovered..otherwise I would have probably gone head first off the trail which could have lead to a season ending injury or death. That corner on Dreamweaver is freaking tight and I'm sure it's claimed a few victems already. That had me spooked as I don't think I've had a bad wipeout all season, at least at Blue the true. It was still raining when I left. I'll be back at Blue mountain the true mountain tomorrow morning..I'm sure the snow will be fa fa fast..
