Just love this day as a race fan! GP of Monaco for breakfast - a late lunch with Indy and then an evening with the Coca Cola 600! Just doesn't get much better in the world of racing IMHO - 3 premier events on the 3 big world series of motor racing!

Time to get ready for the 600!

This is always a weekend of a similar schedule in our house. This year, however, we spent the day at our local motocross track helping promote a district14 event.

Thank goodness for DVR!!!
See you tomorrow for the CocaCola 600, eh?

Not a fan of ovals, and forgot to set the alarm so I caught the encore of Monaco.

Bummed Fisico just missed out on the points, but a good race. First one I've caught this year, what with ski season getting in the way and all. The cars look beautiful again!

I love wet weather racing. Rain is the great equalizer in racing, truly highlights driving talent.
Senna was the master:

Ended up lapping all but one car, and was a minute ahead of him.

I watched a few minutes of the 500 whilst browsing around at Equip Sports @ Mt. Snow. That was cool.
