Where is a good under $100.00 per night place to stay at Stowe Sunday night?

That place is a dump. We made the mistake of stopping there for a night.....worst place I've ever been in

A lot of web sites have bad reviews from it. You're probably better off with the Best Western in Waterbury, a half hour away.

Thanks for the tip. All I was thinking of when I heard the name "Pines" was the Pines Motel in Chicopee Mass. It more recently became the Pines Creative Motel http://www.123pines.com/rooms.html

Cozy leopard-skin waterbed under thatched roof canopy. Grass and reeds sprout from bamboo walls. Bamboo furnishings enhance this exotic environment.............

I was thinking perhaps it was a franchise and perhaps a bit to cozy for me and my ski buddies.

well, its cheap.... a bed, toilet, shower and lockable door is pretty much all you get, but hey, for 40-50 bucks, it is what it is!
