Seaglass Maine is correct. When they die you scrape the core with a needle. Mix with tobacco and smoke it 20 miles out to sea.

As already mentioned, weed is not a performance enhancing drug, at least not for me. Tried it in my 20's and found it to be an incompatible with the way I like to ski. For apres ski enjoyment - absolutely yes.
