Weird that there is no record of the filed permit or the approved permit on the Act 250 website.

Well I certainly didn't write the article in the Rutland Herald. The permit was applied for in Feb. 2012 if I'm to believe what I read.
It may not be up quite yet. The folks at the Rutland office are pretty busy and, in my experience, usually shortstaffed.
