Another seeded bump thread

Do you need a groomer to seed bumps. Camelback does it two ways. 1 is to push moguls into place with the groomer. 2 They also use another method on the steeper trails and that is to blow fresh dry snow on the trail then place brushes in the snow and have in Camelbacks case instructors ski the first several runs to begin the formation of the bump. Is that a natural or seeded bump?
