I was just wondering if there are any past or current Ski-Vermont Discussion List members on here? I have lots of good memories of skiing at Stowe at the annual Ski-Vermont Partee...

I lurk on that list. Lots of noise and not a lot of signal, especially during the off season. Good information to be had from knowledgeable and experienced skiers and Scott B's forecasts are reason enough to keep the site bookmarked or RSS'd.

I also enjoy Scotts forecasts..and he's a great photographer..I also just lurk but I used to be an active poster in the 90s.

I own a swatch of Green Plaid I got from Steve Kaijak who was in a KMart share house run by a friend o' mine. Never made the par-tee since it always overlaps with Bear Mtn Mogul Challenge and would cut into my drinking time. I've skied with a bunch of folks on the list including Utah Marc1 at Deer Valet; List Abused Sharon back when she was a Kmart ambassador; Telenaut, Jimski, and Eric K walking up Launch Pad to ski the Canyon at Kmart in May. I even dragged Skip King out of his office at the evil empire a few times to make some runs though he's now more of a sushi and sailing buddy.
