The Axxis was constructed from Cooltemp, which uses innovative cooling crystals that are embedded into the fibers. These fibers have been shown to reduce the surface temperature of the skin by 2-5 degrees. The Cooltemp fabric also helps to wick moisture to the surface of the jersey where it is quickly evaporated to keep you dry. Additionally, Bellwether's X-Factor vents are strategically placed to move air through the jersey to aid in ventilation. And, if that's still not enough airflow, the full-length front zipper is locking for customized adjustment.
The Axxis features a form fit, but the arm openings are elastic-free, which prevents squeezing and pinching. On the flip side, silicone elastic gripper has been incorporated into the hem to keep the jersey from riding up while you are in the cycling position. For all your spare tubes, C02, and gels, the jersey features three back pockets, and the added waterproof, zippered pocket is ideal for cash and your ID. Reflective accents have been added for low-light visibility.
