I was more referring to excavation and the form construction/concrete pour. This takes substantially more time than the towers before steel can be set.

Base and summit rebar and concrete now (or atleast by Labor Day) should be a given...

Heck, even the rumored behind schedule now HSQ at Attitash has had some terminal concrete poured and a week plus into curing phase now....

Blue Mtn last year was far, far behind this timeline and managed to load customers on a high speed six pack. There's another whole month before we need to start up the rumor mill.

Seems like only deconstruction is going on … The giant statue on the Mohawk Trail (Massachusetts route 2), halfway between I-91 and Berkshire East, has been taken down and shipped to Oklahoma

From B'East's social media feeds this afternoon, looks like the chairs for the new quad have arrved onsite, and you can see one of the terminals in the background of one of the photos as well. TBD if it will be spinning on opening day, but with the components seemingly onsite, that's a great sign

Plus, L-P has a tendency to put together the base and/or summit terminals on the ground and then crane the entire thing into the frame. This is taken from Breck's FB page on the new Chair 5 install.

Yep. The terminals are fully assembled and the same process will likely happen here.

That's probably because with Poma detachables, the entire terminal moves back and forth to maintain tension, instead of there being an internal tension carriage for the bullwheel.

2.5 months or so until opening day and no foundations. Lots of work being done but idk if this will get done in time.

Yeah I'd be skeptical now.
Sucks but hey there's still a chance. Terminal foundations need to be in the ground this week, though. Terminals themselves are prefab.

Yup, if they're not pouring concrete for the base and summit terminals and chair towers in the next 10 days, it then gets into the Christmas week, at best, timeframe

Things get harder as it gets colder, and concrete takes longer to cure. Without knowing if the holdup is due to LP, BE or subcontractors, it is clearly evident to me why Doppelmayr has been dominating Northeast lift installs, they simply get them in when they are supposed. Both Attitash and BE are clearly struggling with their LP installs, which is odd considering their regional presence in VT.

Concrete was poured for the lift towers in July

and there is a rebar cage sticking out of the ground, which indicates to me they've alrady poured a footer and they just need it to go vertical.

Is this lift going to be a top drive?
