I was more referring to excavation and the form construction/concrete pour. This takes substantially more time than the towers before steel can be set.

Yep. The terminals are fully assembled and the same process will likely happen here.Plus, L-P has a tendency to put together the base and/or summit terminals on the ground and then crane the entire thing into the frame. This is taken from Breck's FB page on the new Chair 5 install.

2.5 months or so until opening day and no foundations. Lots of work being done but idk if this will get done in time.
