Best NE Ski Resort to work at?

I've always wondered why some threads cut out NYS resorts. We're all in the same relative section of the country.

Hey some of us are Mets fans who take great joy in seeing the Sox do good, just to see pissed off Yankee fans.

I was really suprised at the amount of people who I worked w/ who did not ski/ride(mtn. being the last place the wanted to be on there day off) I still can't get over that.

There's quite a few people that work at the mountain I work at who either don't ski or ride at all, or feel it's not big enough to waste their time (small CT mountain). That's fine if they don't want to ski there, but why would you work there for minimum wage if you weren't using the benefit of the pass??????

Maddening isn't it... and this attitude makes it real hard to sneak in a few runs when the gettin is good. Management just doesn't share the same stoke that even the average skier gets :angry:
